What to tell us when you call

A few details let us work out how urgent it is and bring the right parts:

• What's happening and where in the property, and when it started.
• Whether you've been able to shut off the water, gas or power to the affected area.
• Photos or video of the problem, if you can send them.
• Anything about access: locked gates, pets, parking, or a tenant or caretaker we should call.
• For strata or commercial jobs, who the managing agent or site contact is.
