2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided before work begins wherever possible and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices on this website, including special offers, are indicative only — the final price depends on the actual work required and is confirmed with you before we start. We never begin chargeable work without your approval.

3. Special offers

Monthly specials and promotional codes must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Each offer is subject to its own conditions as described on the Specials page, and offers may be withdrawn at the end of the promotional period.

4. Bookings and cancellations

You can book by phone or through the forms on this website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. A call-out fee may apply if a booking is cancelled after our team has already been dispatched.

5. Our workmanship

All work is carried out by licensed and insured plumbers in accordance with Australian standards and NSW regulations. We back our workmanship with a lifetime labour warranty: if something we installed or repaired fails due to our workmanship, we'll come back and make it right.

6. Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate information about the problem, ensure safe access to the work area, and let us know about anything unusual on the property (such as asbestos, difficult access or previous repairs) before work begins.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods and provide a tax invoice for every job.
