Let's sort the system.
From long-serving tanks in older suburbs to systems that never quite suited a new estate home, hot water problems across Western Sydney usually come down to a failed part, an ageing tank or a system that's the wrong size. We work out which, then repair or replace with the options and price agreed first.
Local to Western SydneyA hot water system rarely fails without warning. These are the signs we're called about most.
You'll hear plainly whether your system is worth repairing, and what a replacement would involve.

If the tank is in good order, we fix the failed part and get hot water back.
If the tank is leaking or the system is worn out, we explain the replacement options.

Repaired or replaced, tested and left tidy.
Western Sydney homes range from 1970s houses with ageing storage tanks to new estates where the hot water system was chosen to a builder's budget. Both end up in the same place: lukewarm showers and a decision about repairing or replacing. We find the fault first, then give you an honest answer on whether your system is worth saving and which replacement suits your household.
In most cases, yes. Common faults can be repaired on the first visit, and where a replacement is needed we carry popular units, so you're not left without hot water for days.
Yes. When we supply and install a new system, the old unit is removed as part of the job.
Look at the unit's label: a gas system has a gas connection and flue, an electric storage system has a power supply and no flue, and a heat pump has a separate outdoor unit. If you're unsure, tell us what you can see and we'll work it out.
Often, yes, if the connection and gas supply suit the new unit. We'll check it as part of the quote, and gas work is done by a licensed gas fitter.
